That is interesting news, I am a frequent jogger 3-4 times a week and love sports for other reasons than those mentioned. Instead of getting pummeled watching sports from paid pros is good to pass the time.:) I agree though that jogging could be harmful depending on body type. I think some are a little too obsessed with there looks if they have transplants.

I don't really get it. First he says jogging isn't good: "Jogging and “Nordic Walking” are likewise harmful to health"

But then he says: "Described as normal is everything that doesn’t belong to extremism, fanaticism, or exaggeration".

Soccer can be played normally like for 20 minuets instead of 190 full match. Yet even for 20 minutes it's still jogging unless you're a keeper.
