That is interesting news, I am a frequent jogger 3-4 times a week and love sports for other reasons than those mentioned. Instead of getting pummeled watching sports from paid pros is good to pass the time.:) I agree though that jogging could be harmful depending on body type. I think some are a little too obsessed with there looks if they have transplants.
