I guess mister Billy wrote it down or typed it years later based on a record made by Sfath which was kept by his son, Ptaah. It seems that it is an excerpt, which gives an impression that it is a monolog, which could not be so. Mister Billy must have said some things in his meetings with Sfath, even if they were just simple phrases like "many thanks" or "see later".

I don't know if that is a rough sketch done in minutes by Ptaah of Sfath but I think Earth has far exceeded the Plejarens artistic capabilities in terms of artistic representation of likenesses. ................maintains powerful forcefield blocking against any counters by daughter Semjase against her fathers abilities. :) I read somewhere they aim for the most realistic looking art but I guess sometimes you win some and you lose some. j/k

Sfath:

51. If the understanding and grasping of the actual truth climbs in regards to the learning material, then the new understanding can be expanded in its value and its details in accord with the teachings.

52. However, as a rule, this first comes about at the point in time when a correspondingly precise question is brought forward.

I believe mister Billy has not forgotten those words of his wise mentor.
