The People's Union of Bardan originate from the Bardan homeworlds of Bardan 1, 2 and 3 in the Coma Galaxy and are recently new members of the Plejaren Federation.
One of their ships self-destructed in Russia, Earth on 30th June 1908 which came to later be known as the Tunguska event.[1][2]
The People's Union of Bardan in the Contact reports
During Contact Report 428 dated the 10th of July 2006, the conversation dialogue produced the following explanations:
Billy:
...I want to ask yet something regarding that which you have addressed with the 424th official contact conversations on the 17th of June, namely the arrivals of extraterrestrials in the terrestrial air space.
There was indeed the Tunguska catastrophe in which those space travellers suffered a break down and exploded their large ship in the air because it could not be repaired again.
Is that also included in your clarifications?
You have namely made no statements about that although it would be interesting to know what the circumstances are regarding this.
Ptaah:
The great space ship which at that time suffered a breakdown and was destroyed, out of which the so-called Tunguska event resulted, belonged to a people who live in a distant galaxy in your space-time configuration. Christianity, however, which was brought to their home worlds by some of their space travellers and which quickly spread out, led to grave religious wars. When then, finally, order could again be created, the space travellers were forbidden to make any further penetrations into the terrestrial space.
Around 1000 years after this decree a great space ship of these people erred into the SOL system as a result of faulty co-ordinates and became stranded on the Earth by a still emerging grave breakdown from which it could no longer extricate itself.
So, for several months, the space ship lay with grave technical damage hidden in the Tunguska region whereby a larger number of space travellers mixed, unrecognised, among the Earth humans, far from the hiding place, and sexually engaged with them which resulted in many of them becoming sick with syphilis and, with the return to their space ship, also infecting many others with it.
That had very evil results for the space travellers because very quickly, as a result of their constitutional difference, dangerous mutations of the disease arose which, just as quickly, expanded to a plague-like disease and epidemic which cost many their lives. They could not expect help from the home world because, according to the old determination, it was forbidden for them to approach the Earth. Apart from that, other extraterrestrials were stationed on the Earth - namely us and our confederates - who were prohibited, by the government of the home world, from helping the space travellers. Consequently we had to hold ourselves to our directives.
Therefore, only self-destruction remained for the Earth strangers as their determination demanded, consequently they built an atom bomb, brought the space ship to a height in the atmosphere which was still possible and then caused it to fall in order to then ignite the bomb. Through the mighty explosion the great space ship was completely ripped apart and torn to pieces whereby the monstrous explosion transformed practically the whole ship, and the entire remaining crew of 4387 humans, into dust and ash. Everything was observed and recorded from our side, subsequently we naturally constantly relayed our information to the stranded space travellers' home world, however we did not receive permission to intervene in the events. Therefore we had to let things run their course, however, this was built on the fact that we could teach the space travellers' government and people in relation to this: that no danger existed any more for them from the Earth humans' religions if they would no longer get involved in these.
Our intentions succeeded in the course of time, which then also had the result that all three peoples, respectively, races - namely there were three - joined our federation.
They come from a region of a large cluster of galaxies which is around 400,000,000 light-years distant from the Earth. The three peoples, respectively, races, have three different home worlds, yet they are tightly connected with each other and call themselves the People's Union of Bardan, because they also name their home worlds Bardan 1, 2, and 3 and have a common government. The Bardan belong to those five peoples foreign to Earth who I named for you and who joined our federation.
Billy:
And do these humans come again to Earth in the current time? And the galaxy cluster named by you - is that also known to our astronomers?
Ptaah:
Yes, and indeed already since the time around 80 years ago when they allowed themselves to be taught by us and joined our federation. But since then they have never taken up contact with Earth humans. And in regard to the galaxy cluster: This is known to the terrestrial astronomers and is named Coma by them.
Billy:
And they look like us or different?
Ptaah:
They are humans like us, if you mean that. They have somewhat mongoloid characteristics and a somewhat coarse as well as light brownish-yellowish skin.
Billy:
It would be interesting one time to get to know one of these humans.
Ptaah:
If that is your wish then I can concern myself with that. I can possibly arrange a visit.[3]
Tunguska Event
The Tunguska event is the largest impact event on Earth in recorded history i.e. recorded by Earth humans themselves and during their most recent patch of history; post-Atlantis.
Since the 1908 event, there have been an estimated 1,000 scholarly papers published on the Tunguska explosion, most in the Russian language. There is all sorts of theories about what happened from the reasonable, logical, rational to the bizarre, far fetched. The Plejaren told Billy Meier that it was a visiting spaceship whose crew selected the location to hide due to technical damage. Politics ensued between their homeworld, the Plejaren acting as messenger, because they were forbidden by law to be in Earths airspace due to events which transpired earlier in history, about 1000 years before, quite serious, it ultimately meant they had to essentially commit suicide with their spaceship, documented in a few contact reports. The reluctance to communicate openly with Earth humans has a number of reasons, on the one hand they did, even taking our medieval religious doctrine back to their homeworld and on the other hand our world has no government. The event from our side of the perspective has helped to spark discussion of asteroid impact avoidance, even if it had nothing to do with an asteroid. From their side it presumably has reinforced the care not to become stranded while passing through this area of space.
The Tunguska event was a mega large explosion by a number of standards, that occurred near the in Yeniseysk Governorate (now Krasnoyarsk Krai) by the Tunguska River, thus the name, in Russia. It happened on the morning of 30th June 1908, six years before the start of world war 1 (world war 2 if the seven years war is counted as the first global war). The explosion occurred over the particularly sparsely populated Eastern Siberian Taiga, the high northern latitude, swampy coniferous forest, between the tundra and steppes of Siberia. The explosion flattened an estimated 2,000 square kilometres (770 square miles) of forest, and caused no known Earth human casualties.
The explosion is generally attributed by academics who have studied it for years to a particularly rare air burst meteor i.e. a meteor which explodes in the air for some reason, usually because of the composition of the meteors rock is containing an extremely volatile combustible substance which reacts with the entrance to the atmosphere. However it is classified as an impact event, even though no specific referable impact crater has been found. The object is thought by mainstream Earth scientists to have disintegrated at an altitude of about 5 to 10 kilometres (3 to 6 miles) rather than to have hit the surface of the Earth, thus the air burst meteor theory and the lack of classic designated meteor crater.
Studies have yielded different estimates of the objects's size. Some studies conclude to placing it on the order of between 60 to 190 metres (200 to 620 feet), and depending on whether the body was a comet, spaceship or a denser asteroid.
In 2013, a team of researchers published analysis results of micro-samples from a peat bog near the general centre of the affected area showing fragments that may be meteoritic in origin.
Early estimates of the energy of the air burst range from 10–15 megatons of TNT (42–63 petajoules) to 30 megatons of TNT (130 PJ), depending on the exact height of burst estimated when the scaling-laws from the effects of nuclear weapons are employed. However, modern supercomputer calculations that include the effect of the object's momentum find that more of the energy was focused downward than would be the case from a nuclear explosion and estimate that the airburst had an energy range from 3 to 5 megatons of TNT (13 to 21 PJ).
The 15-megaton (Mt) estimate represents an energy about 1,000 times greater than that of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan—roughly equal to that of the United States' Castle Bravo (15.2 Mt) ground-based thermonuclear detonation on 1 March 1954, and about one-third that of the Soviet Union's Tsar Bomba explosion on 30 October 1961 (which, at 50 Mt, is the largest nuclear weapon ever detonated).
It is estimated that the Tunguska explosion knocked down some 80 million trees over an area of 2,150 km2 (830 sq mi), and that the shock wave from the blast would have measured 5.0 on the Richter magnitude scale. An explosion of this magnitude would be capable of destroying a large metropolitan area, but, due to the remoteness of the location, no human fatalities were officially documented. Several reports have indicated that two people may have died in the event; however, these deaths remain unofficial.
The Bardan probably and presumably got themselves into a real fussy mess of confusion and disorientation, because from their perspective the Plejaren (who look like us but are hidden from us) acted as our ambassadors, but the connection for the Bardan may not have been made to the time in Earth history in which they were visiting, essentially our medieval middle ages, because the religions we use and were using are massively evolved for any normal civilization, thus they may have thought we were advanced but in reality we were and are not. They may have been dangerously compelled by the situation, and not realised that our life expectancy is in the order of 10 times more rapid than any normal civilization because during their visits, seen us for what we were at the time and moment during the visit. They may not have known we are genetically modified and the Plejaren manages Earth. The Plejaren say they did warn them, but the Plejaren do not know everything that happens all the time so by the time they realised something was happening then it was too late to warn. At any rate the Bardan now have learnt to stay away from Earth.
Typically extraterrestrials know very well of the dangers associated with certain times in a civilizations history and stay away or hidden, but with the Bardan their exposure to the compound of our religions, beliefs, life expectancy, crazy unpredictable temperament may have been irresistible. It is reasonably common for extraterrestrials to take an interest in what is going on, on Earth, because we have some unique features, but usually extraterrestrials are absolutely careful, the Bardan probably learnt a lesson about how dangerous we Earth humans are where for other extraterrestrial races it was enough for them to simply be taught about it vocally, the Bardan perhaps needed to experience it for themselves.
In a few hundred years, maybe a thousand, we will probably be agreeable enough to meet the Bardan, as well as several other races, and talk about what happened and Earth's special circumstances, this will probably happen when we have genetically modified ourselves back to normal again, until then Earth humans are not aware of many things, the 1,000 scholarly papers published on the Tunguska explosion proves we don't know much of anything yet and that academics write stupid things to gain research funding rather than to get to the truth. Maybe some time later in history.
